There are two people in a care relationship or mutually support partnership; but how can we manage to fit self-care into days filled with the necessities of helping someone else? A caregiver herself, Donna Thomson will highlight how self-care and other wellness strategies can be woven into daily life, while continuing in a supportive caregiver role. By implementing a personal well-being strategy, caregivers can help themselves avoid burnout.

This webinar is sponsored by The Rexall Care Network Caregiver Program at the MS Society of Canada.
